The beauty of this wine is truly humbling, demonstrating the ability of White and Rosé wines to reveal the soul of a place.  Just 1 hour of skin contact relieved us from needing to blend back any red grenache to adjust color and bring up the pH ever so slightly bringing in a bit more body and flavorful complexity in the mouth.   Evokes honey, pistachio, orange, almond cake, summer salads and charcuterie.  Appetite engaged.   Almost doesn’t taste like wine, more like a beautifully executed botanical-laced fresh fruit juice spritzer.
